Frequently asked questions
Everything you might want to know before booking a call — how engagements work, what they cost, which methods and tools we use and what we need from your team. If your question is not here, ask us directly.
General
We are consultants who help organisations improve how work gets done. Our four practices cover project management methodologies, team collaboration and communication, time management and productivity, and small business consulting with workflow automation.
Founder-led small businesses, agencies, professional services firms, operations and finance teams, project offices and distributed teams. Typical team sizes range from five to around one hundred and fifty people.
Both. Many sessions work well online, while workshops and process observation are often more effective in person. We agree the mix that suits your team during planning.
Yes. It is a 30-minute conversation to understand your situation. There is no obligation, and we will tell you honestly if we are not the right fit.
Engagements & pricing
Diagnostics and implementation sprints are priced as fixed fees with a written scope. Ongoing operations partnerships are a fixed monthly fee for a defined set of activities. We do not bill surprise hourly extras.
A diagnostic takes around two weeks. Implementation sprints usually run six to twelve weeks. Operations partnerships are reviewed every quarter.
Changes are discussed openly and agreed in writing before any extra work starts. Our Refund and Cancellation Policy explains how pauses and cancellations are handled.
We guarantee the deliverables in your written scope and transparent reporting against the measures we agree together. Outcomes also depend on adoption by your team, which is why we invest so heavily in co-design and training.
Methods & tools
Whichever fits your work. We are experienced with Scrum, Kanban, stage-gate and hybrid approaches and adapt them to your context rather than imposing one framework.
We regularly configure tools such as Asana, Trello, ClickUp, Jira, Notion, Monday.com, Slack, Microsoft Teams, Google Workspace and Microsoft 365, and build automations with Zapier, Make and Power Automate.
No. We focus on configuring and connecting proven tools with no-code and low-code automation. If you need custom development, we can help you write a clear brief for a development partner.
Working together
A sponsor who can make decisions, and the people who do the work. We keep time demands predictable — usually short interviews in the first two weeks and a weekly working session afterwards.
We work inside your systems with the minimum access needed, follow your security policies and remove our access when the engagement ends. See our Privacy Policy for details.
You keep all playbooks, templates, dashboards and automations. We schedule a 30-day check-in, and you can choose an operations partnership if you would like ongoing support.
Send it to us and a consultant — not a bot — will reply with a straight answer.
A 30-minute discovery call is often the fastest way to answer the questions that matter for your team.
