Our approach
Every engagement follows the same five phases. The content changes with each client; the discipline does not. You always know what is happening this week, what comes next and what you will have in your hands at the end.

Weeks 1–2
We interview sponsors and team members, observe real work, review tools and calendars, and collect a few baseline measures. Nothing changes yet — we are learning how work actually moves.

02
Week 3
We present the findings, discuss trade-offs openly and agree scope, priorities, success measures and owners. The plan is written down and signed off before implementation starts.

03
Weeks 4–6
We co-design workflows, communication agreements, planning habits and automations in short working sessions with the people who will run them.

04
Weeks 7–10
One team or project goes first. We configure the tools, build the automations and coach people through the first weeks, then refine based on real use.
You receive
05
Weeks 11–12
We train owners, finalise playbooks, record short how-to videos and agree how the system will be maintained. Thirty days later we check in to confirm it is holding.

Principles
We watch real work and read real data before recommending anything. Assumptions are cheap; evidence is reliable.
We prefer small, well-adopted changes over ambitious redesigns that collapse after we leave.
Your team co-designs and runs the system. We coach and support, but they hold the pen.
Working together
We keep the commercial side as clear as the work itself.
Book a discovery call and we will sketch a draft plan for your team — free, and with no obligation to go further.
