Premier Office Pro

About Premier Office Pro

We build the operating rhythm that lets good teams do great work.

We are a consulting practice focused on the everyday mechanics of work: how projects are planned, how people communicate, how time is spent and how routine tasks are handled. Our job is to make those mechanics simple, visible and dependable.

Our story

Started by people who were tired of plans nobody followed.

Premier Office Pro grew out of a simple observation: most organisations already know what they should be doing. They have strategy decks, project charters and the right software licences. What they lack is a reliable way of turning those intentions into a working week that actually happens as planned.

Our founding team came from operations, project delivery and business analysis roles inside busy companies. We had watched expensive tools sit half-configured, seen good people burn out under avoidable chaos and sat through more status meetings than we care to count. We also saw what worked — small, consistent habits, clearly owned processes and a little automation in the right place.

So we built a consultancy around those habits. We do not arrive with a pre-packaged framework and a large invoice. We arrive with questions, we watch how work really moves, and then we design the lightest possible system that fixes the problem in front of you. Everything we create is written down in plain language so your team can run it, adjust it and teach it to new joiners.

Today we work with founder-led small businesses, growing agencies, operations and finance teams, project offices and distributed teams that need a shared rhythm. The industries differ; the underlying problems are remarkably similar.

“A plan nobody follows is just a document. We design plans that people actually use on a Tuesday afternoon.”

— The principle behind every engagement

Values

Four commitments we hold ourselves to.

These are not wall posters. They shape how we scope work, how we report progress and how we behave when something goes wrong.

01

Clarity over complexity

If a process needs a training manual to understand, it is too complicated. We favour simple rules, plain language and visible boards over clever diagrams.

02

Methods serve people

Scrum, Kanban and OKRs are tools, not religions. We adapt the method to the team — never the other way round.

03

Leave it better and leave

Success means you no longer need us. Every engagement ends with documented playbooks, trained owners and a clean handover.

04

Measure honestly

We agree on a small set of measures at the start and report against them openly — including the ones that are not moving yet.

Who you will work with

A small team with one accountable lead.

Every client has a single named lead who owns the plan and the outcomes. Specialists join only when their skills are needed, so you are never paying for a crowd in the room.

Lead Consultant

Owns the engagement plan, runs the diagnostic and keeps sponsors aligned on scope, priorities and progress.

Process Analyst

Maps how work really flows, documents SOPs and designs the boards, templates and definitions of done.

Automation Specialist

Builds and tests no-code automations, integrations and dashboards inside the tools you already use.

Change & Training Lead

Prepares people for the new way of working with workshops, guides and short coaching sessions.

What we will not do

Honest boundaries make better partnerships.

Consulting has a reputation for long reports and longer invoices. We work differently, and we are happy to put that in writing.
