Premier Office Pro (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides consulting services in project management, team collaboration and communication, time management, and small business consulting and workflow automation. We are the controller of the personal information described in this policy. Our contact details are published on our Contact page.
We collect only the information we need to respond to you, deliver our services and run our business responsibly.
We use personal information for the following purposes:
Where data protection law requires a legal basis, we rely on one or more of the following: performance of a contract or steps taken at your request before entering a contract; our legitimate interests in operating and improving our business, provided those interests are not overridden by your rights; compliance with legal obligations; and your consent, for example for non-essential cookies or marketing emails. Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it at any time.
During an engagement we may be given access to client systems such as project management tools, communication platforms and spreadsheets. We access only what is necessary for the agreed scope, follow the client’s security policies, do not copy data out of client systems unless required for the work, and remove our access when the engagement ends. Where required, we sign a separate data processing or confidentiality agreement with the client.

Some of our service providers may store or process information in other countries. When that happens, we take reasonable steps to ensure the information receives a level of protection consistent with this policy and applicable law, such as using reputable providers with recognised security standards and contractual safeguards.
We keep personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described above. Enquiry information that does not lead to an engagement is normally deleted within 24 months. Engagement and billing records are kept for as long as required by applicable accounting and tax rules. When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it securely.
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls, strong authentication on business accounts, regular software updates, limited staff access on a need-to-know basis and secure backups. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work hard to protect your information and will notify affected people where required if a breach occurs.
